LYS counseled Royalton throughout the process and purchase.
LYS and Gracy, Ltd. representatives have proposed to dredge and widen the support canal adjacent to the Privilege Yard in the Port of Rome at Civitavecchia, Italy. At this time the Shipyard has no direct water access and is landlocked. Privilege Yard began the development of the shipyard and a single 127 meter yacht in April 2007. The yacht is 35% in-build completion. With only a skeleton crew on the property; work on the vessel has halted. The Privilege management is attempting to refinance operation through Barclays in London.
Designed for worldwide cruising, deep sea fishing and exotic reef diving, Triton goes to the auction block in on April 26, following a US government order after she was seized in 2010 for non-payment of credit facility. Lenders, Sea Prestigio, LLC, claimed the right to sell the yacht through court order.
